Refunds:
Due to the high up front cost of developing and staging an event and the fact that food, paint and other supplies are pre-ordered, no refunds will be given for any reason.
Insurance Waiver:
Due to the high cost of insurance, each player must sign a waiver releasing Grand Canyon Paintball and any of its affiliates from any and all damages and injury claims.
Equipment:
All equipment must be approved by Grand Canyon Paintball and Grand Canyon Paintball reserves the right to disallow any equipment deemed unsafe by Grand Canyon Paintball.
Player Ejection:
Grand Canyon Paintball reserves the right to remove any player temporarily or permanently from the Game Arena or if necessary from the entire facility for any reason.
Side Preference:
Side preference cannot be guaranteed, teams are evened as much as possible.
